Heretofore let it be known that Cain and its Queen are as one entity, whereas any unlawful act perpetrated against Cain is thereby also perpetrated against Her Majesty and any unlawful act perpetrated against Her Majesty is thereby also perpetrated against Cain.
(a) kills or attempts to kill Her Majesty, or does her any bodily harm tending to death or destruction, maims or wounds her, or imprisons or restrains her;
(b) takes without permission any property, possession, chattle, ward or estate thereof;
(c) levies war against Cain or does any act preparatory thereto; or
(d) assists an enemy at war with Cain, or any armed forces against whom Cainanite Forces are engaged in hostilities, whether or not a state of war exists between Cain and the land whose forces they are.
(2) Every one commits Lese Majesty who, in Cain,
(a) commits any crime against Her Majesty or Cain itself of a lesser nature than High Treason. This includes but is not limited to intentional damage to any property, possession, chattle or estate thereof.
(b) the taking of any prisoner or person in Her Majesty's care or control.
(3) Every one commits Petit Treason who, in Cain,
(a) uses force or violence for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Cain or a clan there of;
(b) conspires with any person to commit high treason or to do anything mentioned in paragraph (a);
(c) forms an intention to do anything that is high treason or that is mentioned in paragraph (a) and manifests that intention by an overt act; or
(d) conspires with any person to do anything mentioned in paragraph (b) or forms an intention to do anything mentioned in paragraph (b) and manifests that intention by an overt act.
(e) commits or conspires to commit any act or attempt thereof to harm, maim, wound, kill, murder, imprison or restrain any official of Cain other than Her Majesty herself. This includes but is not limited to Clan leaders, TFC members and those holding head ranks in Cain.
(4) Notwithstanding subsection (1) or (2), a Cain citizen or a person who owes allegiance to Her Majesty in right of Cain,
(a) commits high treason if, while in or out of Cain, he does anything mentioned in subsection (1); or
(b) commits lese majesty if, while in or out of Cain, he does anything mentioned in subsection (2); or
(c) commits petit treason if, while in or out of Cain, he does anything mentioned in subsection (3).
(5) Where it is treason to conspire with any person, the act of conspiring is an overt act of treason.
(1) If found guilty the penalty for High Treason is death; to be carried out immediately. All lands, titles, holdings, property and chattle of the convicted traitor revert to ownership of the crown. Hence any inherited claim to said titles, lands, holdings, etc. would be left to the discretion of Her Majesty.
(a)If the convicted traitor is a clan leader all rights, recognition and status of the clan are thereafter subject to the discretion of Her Majesty.
(2) If found guilty of Lese Majesty the pentalty is loss of all lands, titles, holdings, property and chattle of the convicted traitor revert to ownership of the crown. Hence any inherited claim to said titles, lands, holdings, etc. would be left to the discretion of Her Majesty.
(a)If the convicted is a clan leader all rights, recognition and status of the clan are thereafter subject to the discretion of Her Majesty.
3) If found guilty of Petit Treason the penalty is loss of all lands, titles, holdings, property and chattle of the convicted traitor revert to ownership of the crown. Hence any inherited claim to said titles, lands, holdings, etc. would be left to the discretion of Her Majesty.
